Straight from the honeycomb to our jars and bottles. We extract the honey using a centrifuge extractor to maintain the integrity of the combs that the bees work so hard to produce. This method allows us to return the combs to the hive with minimal damage so the bees can utilize them right away. We then gently strain the honey to remove the unwanted wax and particles before we bottle.
